I recently asked Tracey to help with an HR issue, we are always keen as a company to make sure we look after our employees and want to make sure any decisions we make are under the right advice.
The issue we had I thought was a little tricky and possibly sensitive. However, we talked to Tracey and she gave us a couple of options for handling the issue, she also gave us guidance on how we could handle the situation both morally and legally.
